Cecile DESCOMBES presented us her beautiful new haute-couture hats collection at GME 25 event. Cecile DESCOMBES is the winner of GRAND PRIX D’ELEGANCE 2019 at GRAND PRIX de DIANE, a very famous horse race in Chantilly.

It was also for her the opportunity to celebrate the first year of her brand.
